The smaller jobs that keep a house working: repairs, fixtures, and a vanity cut to the opening you have.
Doors that stick, a fixture that needs to go back, a cultured marble top set on the cabinet, plumbing hooked up when that is part of the job. Faucets, shutoffs, and a drain that does not line up are called out before they become an extra.
